When will my radio arrive?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via standard courier service. Delivery takes 3-5 business days within the US/EU. International orders may take up to 14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by destination. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

How long does the battery last?
The 1200mAh rechargeable battery provides portable use. Charging time varies based on usage and charging method.
Is it actually radioactive?
No. The "glowing" effect is achieved with safe LED technology. No RadAway is required to operate this device.
What's on the SD Card Bundle?
The 32GB card comes pre-formatted and includes a folder of royalty-free vintage-style tracks to get you started. It has plenty of space for your own music collection.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day "No Questions Asked" return policy for unused products in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Warranty Information
What does the warranty cover?
All Nuka-Cola Radio products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers defects in materials, workmanship, and malfunctioning electronic components under normal use.
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Water damage or exposure to extreme temperatures
- Damage during shipping (covered by carrier insurance)
To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
