Not happy with your radio? No problem. Return it within 30 days for a full refund, as long as it's unused and in the original packaging.
30-Day Return Policy
Return your Nuka-Cola Radio within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Item must be unused and in original condition.
Eligible for Return
- ✓Unused items in original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation
- ✓Change of mind - You decided you don't want it (as long as it's unused)
- ✓Unopened bundles - Wastelander Bundle with sealed SD card still in packaging
- ✓Defective on arrival - Item arrived damaged or not working (see warranty for later defects)
- ✓Wrong item shipped - We sent you the wrong product by mistake
Not Eligible for Return
- ✗Used or tested items - Radio has been powered on, paired, or used
- ✗Missing accessories - USB cable, manual, or warranty card not included
- ✗Damaged by customer - Dropped, scratched, or damaged after delivery
- ✗Beyond 30 days - Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- ✗Opened SD card - Bundle SD card has been removed from packaging or used
Note: If your item develops a defect after 30 days but within 1 year, it's covered under our warranty policy, not the return policy.
How to Return Your Order
Contact Us
Email support@nukacolaradio.com with your order number and reason for return. Include "Return Request" in the subject line.
Receive Authorization
We'll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship before receiving authorization.
Pack Securely
Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a note with your order number and RA number. Use adequate padding to prevent damage during return shipping.
Ship the Return
Ship the package to the address provided in your RA email. Use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2-3 business days after delivery to us), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund Information
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend insured, trackable shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. Bank processing adds 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: If an item is returned used, damaged, or missing accessories, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return. We will contact you before processing a partial refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product (e.g., upgrade from Standard to Bundle), please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
