Ships to selected supported countries. We pack your radio carefully so it actually arrives in one piece.

Processing Time

1-2 Business Days
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after the daily dispatch cutoff are processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for the countries currently selectable at checkout. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Each radio is carefully wrapped in protective materials and shipped in a sturdy box with cushioning to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking Included

All orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. Track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Customs & Import Fees

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Customs Delays: Packages may be held by customs for inspection, which can add 1-5 business days to delivery time. We provide accurate customs declarations to minimize delays.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including phone number for courier contact if needed.

Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@nukacolaradio.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While rare, carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or high volume periods. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
