4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via standard courier service. Delivery times are estimates:

• United States: 3-5 business days
• Ireland, United Kingdom, and supported EU countries: 3-7 business days
• Canada: 5-7 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original condition. To initiate a return:

• Product must be in original packaging and unused
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item

6. Warranty

All Nuka-Cola Radio products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Malfunctioning electronic components under normal use

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Water damage or exposure to extreme temperatures
• Damage during shipping (covered by carrier insurance)

To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

This is a fan-made product inspired by post-apocalyptic retro gaming aesthetics. It is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Bethesda Softworks, ZeniMax Media, Fallout, or any related rights holder. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
